Plum Village - Buddhist Monastery - France

Plum Village is a buddhist monastery in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. It's located in the southwest of France, about one hour from Bordeaux. It's a peaceful place, perfect for those who seek be in contact with oneself, even if you are not a buddhist. They are very open to all spiritual traditions and the main purpose of the monastery is to live in  mindfulness during all day.

Besides this spiritual journey, you will also find a lovely  country spot. Many sunflowers, wheat farms and of course wine producers surround the place. When you walk around during lazy days, either in summer or winter, specially if you are mindful, you can grab the beauty of the place in photos.

I`ve been there a few times in different seasons and I chose some of my photos of this place to share with you.
